Australian wines on their way out of the 10 year crisis

 The last 10 years have been tough on the Australian wine industry. Lack of water has put many wine growers out of business. Almost 30 000 hectares of vines have been abandoned since 2006. A strong currency made export harder and Australian consumers got a taste for French and Italian wines.
