2017: Italian Wine Courses in a Tuscan Castle

 Join a small group (max 12) in either May or September for a four-day, full immersion course on Italian wine, food and culture in Tuscan castle . Eleanor Shannon, certified sommelier and founder of Uncorked In Italy, will lead the course. Participants will learn how Italian wines are made, how to taste and understand Italian wine and how to pair it with food. The course will feature dinner with Michelin starred chef, Roberto Rossi, workshops on making pasta and risotto, along with demonstrations on butchery and cheese and an olive oil tasting.
