About the Role

The Business/Client Lead role is responsible for driving the in-market creative, content and connections outcomes to accelerate the TWE US portfolio, establishing culture, owning strategy and working with the Director and Head of Business Management to embed process.

The Business/Client Lead will partner closely with the Creative Directors and creative team(s) to manage all TWE US related projects from brief to completion. They will have a strong focus on understanding and shaping the initial brief to ensure the Splash team are set up to deliver the business and communications objectives. They will partner closely with the Creative Directors and TWE US Brand/Shoppers teams to get strong creative concepts that meet the brief and objectives and oversee the execution of campaigns to ensure they are delivered with excellent.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner closely with Director of Splash and Head of Business Management to manage Statement of Work, prioritise projects, manage workflows across all projects and drive efficiency in process
* Ensure delivery of key performance metrics within agency inclusive of SLAs internally and with customers.
* Drive highly impactful creative, content and connections outcomes with speed and efficiency
* Monitor and manage direct report performance. Provide ongoing feedback, training and coaching.
* Prioritises own and direct reports workload to ensure balance and all deadlines met.
* Creation of processes implemented within the team to manage budgets, SLAs and reporting.
* Work with Splash Director and Head of Business Management to develop IHA strategic priorities
* Partner with the marketing team & external agencies to develop annual integrated activity plans and quarterly implementation plans for our brands.
* Partner closely with Director of Splash and Creative Directors to review and feedback all TWE US briefs coming into Splash to ensure they are setting team up to get to successful work

About you
* Minimum 8 years' experience in agency or marketing management.
* Experienced in management of complex projects
* Experience managing agency partners
* FMCG/ wine industry experience highly regarded
* Leadership experience within client-side marketing or media, creative or production agencies
* Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or related discipline
* Leadership experience within client-side marketing or media, creative or production agencies
* Able to demonstrate a broad range of professional management, communication and marketing skills.
* Ability to identify potential issues/risks.
* Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of using insights to shape strategic and operational plans
* Understanding of digital, media, data & tech platforms.
* Ability to work with both short-term & long-term time frames and anticipate and act on opportunities or problems that are likely to arise.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is dependent on location. Should this role sit in the Bay Area the range is $117,000-$138,000 and if the role sits in Charlotte the range is $95,000-$109,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data.
