About the Role

As a Strategic Communications Manager, you will play a vital role in driving internal and external storytelling for the Americas region, supporting the BOLD brands team within the Global Premium division. You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, and partner closely with global teams-including PR, Marketing, People & Culture, and Corporate Affairs-to align messaging and activate communication strategies that engage stakeholders, elevate our brand presence, and reflect our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

•  Assist in developing, managing and implementing PR strategies across TWE's dynamic BOLD brands portfolio, driving visibility and engagement.

•  Craft compelling messaging to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key audiences, including wine critics, media, and influencers, resulting in positive brand coverage.

•  Serve as a spokesperson and media liaison, representing assigned brands in a credible, engaging, and aligned manner.

•  Develop feature story angles and proactively pitch to national and lifestyle media to secure impactful placements.

•  Handle incoming media requests for wines, assets, site visits, and interviews; ensure timely and brand-aligned responses.

•  Design and lead market visits and travel planning for winemakers representing international brands, optimizing media and trade engagement.

•  Write high-quality copy for fact sheets, press releases, winemaker letters, and promotional materials that reflect brand voice and key messaging.

•  Act as the internal PR brand representative during brand planning, company presentations and cross-functional meetings.

•  Monitor press coverage, oversee entry of wine reviews into databases, and maintain reporting on impressions and media value.

•  Oversee agency partnerships and lead execution of media campaigns that are integrated with broader marketing strategies.

•  Plan and manage events to elevate brand awareness among media, consumers, and trade.

•  Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that foster employee engagement and reflect TWE's cultural values.

•  Create and manage content for internal platforms, executive messaging, presentations, and business updates.

•  Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders to align messaging and maintain

About you
* 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, public relations, or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with strong attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for wine and a desire to contribute to an iconic and innovative brand portfolio.
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $95,000-$98,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
