About the Role

TWE seeks a dynamic, collaborative, and creative Brand Manager to join our team serving the Americas region (USA, Canada, and LATAM). The Brand Manager plays a key role in developing and refining the consumer marketing strategy for 19 Crimes.

This role requires strong initiative and planning, project management, organization, and attention to detail. The Brand Manager will work cross-functionally with Retail Sales, On Premise Sales, Trade Marketing, PR & Events, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, eCommerce, as well as multiple external partners and vendors.

In this role, you will develop and execute marketing plans and programs, lead cross-functional teams on various projects, manage new product development efforts, and conduct business performance reviews across the 19 Crimes Brand Portfolio.

19 Crimes is the 'un-wine, wine' - We defy typical category conventions, offering people liberation from societal norms and stuffy wine culture. We are focused on ushering in the next generation of consumers who are new to the category with the goal of making wine more relevant, relatable and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive brand planning: Lead annual brand planning process. Set brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
* Execute holistically: Implement 360 marketing plans that stretch across all elements of the marketing mix including Paid and Earned media, in-store / shopper marketing, and activation programs.
* Achieve Creative Excellence: Develop, maintain, and consistently communicate compelling brand propositions and USPs. Demonstrate discipline in providing creative direction and ensure creative and programming alignment with brands' target audiences and opportunities.
* Be Consumer Obsessed: Collaborate with insights teams and independent agencies to form a holistic, proprietary understanding of the consumer and translate those insights to actionable strategies and tactics.
* Quarterback across teams: Direct collaborative initiatives across internal and external groups, including Americas Marketing Teams, Sales, Field Marketing, Promotions, Digital, Production (winemaking, supply, and procurement), 3TE, DTC, Winery/Hospitality, Creative Agencies (advertising, shopper, digital, packaging), Public Relations, Insights, Legal and Global Marketing.
* Own Brand Health & Performance: Stay on top of industry activity, trends, and maintain superb knowledge of category landscape. Monitor state of business including distribution, brand share, promotional effectiveness, and category trends as well as relevant competitive developments.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador: Present brand plans and objectives to internal and external audiences to build belief and buy-in; foster brand ethos and culture.
* Innovation: Anticipate future trends to stay ahead of competition and identify growth drivers and white space opportunities to maximize brand potential. Analyze data and create strategic recommendations pertaining to new opportunities.

About You

* You have a Bachelor's degree required, MBA desired or equivalent work experience.
* You have a minimum Minimum 5 years' experience in Brand Marketing or related functions.
* You have a proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
* You have CPG experience with management capabilities on national brands and deep knowledge of online and retail sales channels.
* You have prior experience with global brand marketing (central/HQ or end market) preferred Adult Beverage / Wine experience a plus.
* You are strategic and conceptual; Must possess a high level of creativity.
* You have a competency to lead agencies in creating consumer focused (digital, PR, etc.) and retail programs.
* You are an accomplished project manager who can multi-task and effectively prioritize.
* You have experience with IRI or AC Nielsen reporting and analysis, or similar systems.
* You have strong PC skills; skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a must.
* Ability to extract insights from a wide range of data to support business decisions and identify issues and opportunities.

* You are an accomplished project manager who can multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage a large workload.
* You can develop and execute large marketing programs under tight timelines.
* You have strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate with Sales/Trade and other key functional areas.
* You can work in a large, global matrix organization.
* You have excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
* You can lift a case of wine (40-45 pounds) on occasion.
