SUMMARY: Consumer Sales & Estate Concierge is responsible for assisting with consumer
visitation and sales activities. S/he will report to the GM of the company and operate under their
direction. This individual will oversee all allocation memberships, in & out of state events, e-
commerce, hospitality, and culinary programs. Travel will be required.

•  Take primary responsibility for the strategic vision and successful execution of all initiatives
involving allocation memberships, tasting events, on-site events, hospitality, e-commerce, and o?-
site consumer-facing events
•  Utilize their existing relationships to develop and execute all visitor/guest tra?c-driving initiatives:
outreach with concierges, DMs, restaurants and organizations
•  Be a true ambassador for the winery, enjoying interacting with consumers; a people-loving
personality who share the passion for our brand(s)
•  Assure that the orderly and sophisticated “look and feel” of the property is maintained, in
alignment with brand, and that this reflects the welcoming atmosphere of a world-class wine
o?ering extraordinary tasting and epicurean experiences
•  Utilize direct-to-consumer channels to drive sales through increased customer awareness and
visitation, acquisition, communications, brand loyalty and retention
•  Help manage website and shopping cart to drive revenue through e-commerce channel
•  Oversee day-to-day retail, membership, and hospitality operations
•  Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards that inform management of
critical sales performance metrics
•  Identify new and support existing strategic partnerships and alliances that target hospitality (i.e.
hotels, restaurants and destination management companies) and wine industry partners; develop
referral marketing programs to cross promote like-minded brands
•  Foster a company-wide sense of authenticity, scarcity, and prestige
•  Lead the charge on designing, vetting, and implementation of all DTC programs
•  Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner
