Sales & Brand Ambassador – Row 94 Kentucky Bourbon

About the Role
Row 94 Kentucky Straight Bourbon — co-founded by Dierks Bentley — is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven On-Premise Brand Ambassador to grow visibility and distribution across Kentucky’s top bars, restaurants, and music venues. You’ll bring the Row 94 story to life through tastings, activations, and bartender engagement that capture the brand’s authentic Kentucky roots.

What You’ll Do
•  Drive on-premise sales growth and secure menu placements in key accounts.
•  Lead consumer samplings, bar activations, and brand events across the region.
•  Build relationships with bartenders, beverage directors, and distributor reps.
•  Educate trade partners on Row 94’s story, flavor, and craftsmanship.
•  Report on activations, sales trends, and market opportunities.
•  Support Off Premise Activations and demo opportunities

What We’re Looking For
•  2–4 years in spirits sales, brand ambassadorship, or hospitality.
•  Knowledge of the Kentucky bourbon scene and strong local relationships.
•  Outgoing, confident communicator and natural storyteller.
•  Able to travel regionally, including nights and weekends.
•  Passion for bourbon, live music, and authentic experiences.

Compensation
$55,000–$70,000 base + quarterly bonuses, travel, and expense reimbursement, with growth opportunities.
