We are seeking qualified candidates for the West Division Sales Manager

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing multiple states to continue the growth of the Shannon Family of Wines portfolio. The West Division Manager directs the execution of sales through key distributor principles, education, and motivation of the distributor sales force to achieve sales goals. The candidate must effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesalers to drive sales performance. A premium is placed on effective distributor management, leadership, managing people, and interaction with the SFOW team. The candidate is expected to understand and embrace the SFOW family philosophy, passion, and company culture.

Position Responsibilities:
•  Management of business within a designated multi-state area.
•  Responsible for all region financials: budgets, depletions, pricing, and profit analysis.
•  Ensures the entire division is operating functionally and profitably.
•  Development of regional chain plans and programming to ensure goals are being met.
•  Manages the execution of standards within the distributor, including holding the distributor accountable to meet goals and implement market plans effectively.
•  Builds relationships with top key accounts.
•  Works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure he is familiar with national on/off premise strategies and programs.

•  Reports to Eastern Region Vice President

Qualifications
•  outstanding knowledge in wine.
•  Minimum 10+ years of experience in the wine industry.
•  Previous supplier representative experience having managed a multi-state territory.
