Commission-Only Sales Representative – Stella’s Juice Box / Stella’s Cellar

Compensation: Commission Only (High-Earning Potential)

Stella’s Juice Box / Stella’s Cellar, a well-established and growing wine & spirits retailer, is seeking a motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to help bring in new outside customers. This role is ideal for someone who already has a network of wine buyers, corporate clients, hospitality accounts, or private collectors and wants to earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

Develop and bring in new customers outside the store to purchase through Stella’s

Leverage your existing relationships to grow recurring business

Promote our curated + premium selections, art-driven events, and nationwide gifting services

Coordinate with store management for seamless ordering, fulfillment, and client communication

Maintain relationships with new clients to support long-term sales growth

Ideal Candidate

Has an existing client list or strong network in hospitality, corporate gifting, private wine buying, or wine enthusiast communities

Self-starter with strong follow-through and independent work style

Passionate about wine & spirits; knowledgeable about current trends

Previous experience in wine sales, hospitality, distribution, or retail is strongly preferred
