We are Dusky Goose, a small but mighty team crafting world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the heart of the Dundee Hills. For over 20 years, our wines have been shaped by the hands of founding winemaker Lynn Penner-Ash and now by Hans Van Dale. We focus on expressive, limited-production wines that are built to age and showcase the unique character of our vineyards—perfect for both collecting and enjoying over time. Our estate tasting room, nestled within Rambouillet Vineyard, offers one of the most intimate and educational tasting experiences in the Willamette Valley.

In this role, you will:
Lead, train, and inspire the hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Host VIP guests, club members, and private appointments, modeling our signature Dusky Goose service

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow tasting room revenue and club memberships

Manage reservations, events, and daily operations at our Dundee Hills tasting room

Build relationships with local partners and hospitality gatekeepers to drive visitation

Maintain strong communication and reporting on sales metrics, goals, and performance

Collaborate with leadership on seasonal experiences and on-site/off-site events

What you bring:
3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, wine, or luxury guest services

A proven track record in sales and team management

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of DTC wine sales and club programs

Experience with Tock, Commerce7, or similar reservation/POS systems preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Must be 21+ with a valid OLCC permit, driver’s license, and reliable transportation
