NOW HIRING: Interim Tasting Room Manager

We're looking for a passionate tasting room manger to lead and oversee operations at our new tasting room, located within Vintner's Village at Winemaker's Loft in Prosser, Washington. We are a family-owned business, each of us being pulled in various directions. Our hope is to find someone who has a lot of experience both in the wine industry and specifically in a tasting room. We want to give the manager a lot of autonomy to take our space, our great wines and champion the whole business with us! We hope to see this interim position become a permanent position, after 90 days if not sooner.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service in the wine industry
- passion for wine, with strong wine knowledge
- strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- availability to work weekends
- ability to oversee staff associates

Hours & compensation:
- competitive hourly wage, full time position
