Keller Estate is a dynamic winery in Petaluma, California, dedicated to producing exceptional wines and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We’re seeking a versatile Wine Sales & Hospitality Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, sales, and operations. This full-time role offers a unique blend of guest-facing experiences in our tasting room (25–30%) and administrative responsibilities (70–75%). It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with wine industry experience who’s looking to deepen their operational skills while staying connected to the hospitality side of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Tasting Room & Customer-Facing (25-30%)
• Provide exceptional wine tasting experiences and educate guests about our wines
• Drive wine sales through engaging presentations and product knowledge
• Build lasting relationships with guests and wine club members
• Represent the winery at events and local community functions
Administrative & Operations (70-75%)
• Coordinate wine club operations, including member communications and shipments
• Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics
• Support event planning, coordination, and execution
• Assist with marketing design and content creation
• Manage customer service inquiries and order fulfillment
• Handle general administrative duties to support winery operations
Qualifications
Required:
• Background in wine sales and/or hospitality (2+ years)
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends for events and tasting room coverage
Preferred:
• Wine industry knowledge
• Experience with CRM systems, wine club management software, or POS systems
• Marketing or graphic design skills, intermediate
• Event participation experience
