Social Media Engagement Specialist
Part-Time Position | 15-20 Hours per Week
Position Overview
Premier Cru Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Engagement Specialist to enhance the digital presence of multiple premium wineries. This part-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while playing a crucial role in building and maintaining authentic connections with wine enthusiasts across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with social media audiences daily on behalf of multiple winery brands, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner
• Monitor and participate in relevant conversations within the wine community to enhance brand visibility and foster meaningful connections
• Build and maintain content calendars within Loomly, collaborating with content creators to ensure consistent and strategic posting schedules
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across multiple winery accounts while adapting tone to each unique brand personality
• Identify opportunities for engagement, user-generated content sharing, and community building initiatives
• Track engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize social media strategies
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing social media engagement for brands, preferably in the hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle sectors
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand responses
• Experience with social media management platforms, particularly Loomly or similar calendar/scheduling tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily engagement expectations
• Availability to engage with social media Monday through Friday during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of or passion for wine, wine culture, and the wine industry
• Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency environment
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Background in content strategy or community management
Work Schedule & Compensation
• Hours: 15-20 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with daily engagement activities
• Compensation: $25-28 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Work Location: Hybrid/Remote – Greater Portland Area
