The Job
• Ability to provide unique, memorable tasting experiences with genuine hospitality.
• Set up and breakdown of private tasting.
• Maintaining exceptional guest service and wine tasting standards.
• Drive sales through storytelling.
• Contributes to Sales Goals.
• Outbound Sales to generate revenue.
• Creatively comes up with ideas to bolster new members and high-touch experiences for
guests.
• Convert leads into loyal members.
• Collaborating with team and management to contribute to a cooperative culture.
• Processing and recording sales orders and customer information into commerce system.
• Follows up with customers and takes exceptional notes on their visits.
• Outreach and Relationship building within Napa Valley.
• Maintains strong relationship with customers and members of the local community.
• Organize donation requests.
• Fill out 3rd party forms for orders.
• Assist in Fulfillment: processing/exporting orders to Ship Compliant.
• Assist with packing and dropping off or scheduling for pickup of packages.
• Assist private event planning and coordinating as needed onsite and offsite.
• Maintain strong communication regarding clients’ needs and requests.
• Answer phones and book appointments in the calendar.
• Assist in monthly inventory management with Valley Wine and In-house.
• Assist with Allocation set up in commerce system.
• Assist with designing marketing email Campaigns via MailChimp.
• Assist with content photography for social media.
• Collaborate with team that social media content is created and
executed as planned across all platforms.
• Help identify potential collaborations with like-minded influencers and brands to extend
reach, awareness, and relevance.
• Support a clean and safe environment in all hospitality areas including restrooms.
• Performs opening and closing procedures onsite and monthly/weekly cleaning.
• Maintain open lines of communications with other departments, managers and owners.
• Communicates and supports company policies and decisions in a positive manner.
• Take initiative to complete tasks and projects.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism on and off the property in appearance and
demeanor.
• Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information and/or situations and the
ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Special projects, errands, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
2+ years in luxury tasting room, restaurants, or hospitality.
Proficient use of Excel, Microsoft Word and Google Doc.
Computer Savvy
Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent Organizational Skills
Cash handling experience and basic math skills.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holiday weekends.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures regarding federal and state shipping compliance
Valid CA Driver’s License.

Pay: Starting base pay $30 an hour.
