The Production Department is currently seeking two full-time Machine Attendants to support our bottling line operations. This hands-on position plays a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficient flow of products through the production process.

These positions report directly to the Production Supervisor and work closely with team members across the department to maintain production goals and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Operate and attend to machines within the production area as required.
•  Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality.
•  Follow the weekly production schedule and remain aware of any changes.
•  Perform visual inspections of products and materials for quality control.
•  Assist with general production tasks and support coworkers as needed.
•  Communicate any equipment or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
•  Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform clean-up and other miscellaneous duties.
•  Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Candidates must have good eyesight and the ability to safely and effectively operate production equipment. A working knowledge of production line procedures and quality standards is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team are required, along with mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and safely with limited supervision. Applicants must be able to lift up to 64 lbs. and pass a Korbel produced English communications test with a minimum score of 80%. The pay rate for this position is $23.70 per hour.
