Hospitality Manager

Bledsoe Wine Estates

Walla Walla, WA

Job Description:

Bledsoe Wine Estates is a Northwest family of wineries founded by Drew and Maura Bledsoe, who returned to Drew’s hometown, after he retired from a long career as an NFL quarterback, to apply their values, leadership skills and work ethic to the business of wine. Led by Josh McDaniels, our team crafts some of the finest wines in America under three unique, but also uniquely related, brands. Characterized by elegance and complexity, and in many cases the products of groundbreaking innovation, these wines are exemplary expressions of local terroir that have garnered international acclaim.
If interested in joining a team that doesn’t play for second, embraces risk as a welcome by product of innovation in our daily pursuit of greatness, and knows how to have a good time along the way, we’d love to hear from you.

Overview
We are seeking a confident, organized, and highly accountable Hospitality Manager to lead operations across our Oregon and Walla Walla tasting rooms at Bledsoe Wine Estates. This role oversees five properties and is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistent execution, and strong team performance across all locations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who sets clear expectations, drives accountability, and keeps the team aligned on priorities. This is not just a hospitality role — it’s a management role for someone who can lead with clarity, follow through on commitments, and ensure that every location is operating at its highest standard.
This position reports directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing and works closely with the Digital Sales Manager, Events Manager, and Marketing Team to ensure all aspects of guest experience and sales execution align with company goals.

Sales & Performance
•  Ensure tasting room teams meet DTC revenue, club signup, and conversion goals.
•  Partner with the Digital Sales Manager to align outbound and in-person sales strategies.
•  Review sales reports regularly, identifying trends, opportunities, and underperformance.
•  Recognize top performers and address underperformance promptly and directly.
Communication & Coordination
•  Serve as the primary link between tasting rooms and the VP of Sales & Marketing — ensuring priorities are understood and executed.

Other Duties
•  Support company events, allocation weekends, and key releases.
