About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth in the Control States market. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving annual sales and distribution goals by partnering with internal teams and distributor networks. You'll play a key role in developing market strategies, driving brand performance, and ensuring compliance with national programs. Responsibilities:
* Drive sales volume, value, and distribution growth across assigned Control States (PA, NH, MS, UT, WY).
* Monitor and evaluate broker and distributor performance against market goals.
* Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies aligned with fiscal objectives.
* Lead brand education initiatives for distributor sales teams.
* Analyze market data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure program compliance.
* Participate in monthly business reviews with distributor management.
* Manage budgets responsibly and ensure transparency in market spend.
* Monitor competitor activity and share insights with key stakeholders.
* Support national sales initiatives, including market blitzes and crew drives.
About You:
* You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* You bring 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of Control States.
* You've successfully managed chain accounts in both on- and off-premise channels.
* You are a persuasive communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* You have a proven track record of building key trade relationships.
* You're highly organized and excel at managing multiple priorities.
* You're data-driven with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
* You're proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Essbase and Pricer is a plus.
* You're comfortable with frequent travel and have a valid driver's license.
* You can lift and transport wine cases (up to 45 lbs) as needed.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $108,000 to $120,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will live within the assigned territory. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
