General Purpose of Job:

Performs a wide variety of tasks involving the coordination of customer service inquiries and problems. May provide any (or a combination) of the following: researches and responds to customer inquiries, analyzes accounts, performs activities associated with the receipt, booking and processing of sales orders. Receives sales orders from customers or distributors via phone, email, mail, or direct contact. Prepares entries to associated records in ERP System.

Essential Job Functions:
•  Work in partnership with the Sales team to deliver high quality service to our customers
•  Confer with customers by telephone, email or in person to provide information about products
•  Initiate and process required paperwork for new and repeat projects including entering new customer orders, changes, file set up and customer correspondence
•  Execute orders, order revisions and order cancellations by obtaining details to ensure proper order fulfillment
•  Manage and keep records of all customer transactions and document all customer interactions and actions taken in CRM
Monitor Purchase Order confirmations (pertaining to orders)
•  Calculate costs, coordinate production activities, prepare and forward order confirmation to customer
•  Verify and ensure that appropriate measures are made to resolve customer problems
•  Manage European plant orders: Complete customer paperwork
•  Develop working knowledge of entire capsule manufacturing process
•  Collect deposits and confirm billing information
•  Respond to customer inquiries, notify them of investigation results or any planned adjustments
•  Complete contract forms, maintain customer records and files in CRM and ERP system
•  Refer all customer complaints and grievances to appropriate departments for further investigation
•  Backup co-workers as needed
•  Prepare samples for shows

Must be local to the Fairfield, CA area.
