CAST Wines in beautiful Dry Creek Valley is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Membership & Shipping Coordinator. A seamless delivery experience is the final step in reinforcing a happy purchase, and this position is responsible for that happening. This position plays an essential role in supporting our DTC operations by ensuring smooth shipments, accurate membership and inventory records, and meaningful member and customer connections. You’ll support the behind-the-scenes details that keep our customer interactions and membership thriving, while also engaging through outreach and in our tasting room. Reports to our CFO. Position responsibilities:
* Coordinate wine shipments and handle logistics, communication, and inventory management.
* Maintain accurate membership data and process updates.
* Initiate Wine Club campaigns, outreach, and club processing.
* Conduct both incoming and outgoing member phone calls and emails, delivering concierge-style customer service.
* Provide excellent service in the tasting room and assist with member events.

Position Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of wine shipping experience with a focus on customer service.
* Enthusiasm and passion for providing exceptional service to our customers and members in all forms of communication - phone, email, text, and in person.
* A team player with strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
* Analytical, and comfortable with technology.
* Professional, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and intuitive in anticipating customer needs.
* Experience with Winery Software, ShipCompliant, Excel, Word & email platforms.
* Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings.
