Job Description:

We are a small family owned and operated winery with national distribution. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a Pricing & Programming Coordinator to play a key role in tracking pricing strategies and programming across all U.S. markets.

About the Role
The Pricing & Programming Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing data, monitoring distributor programming, and ensuring compliance with state-level regulations and pricing structures. This is as much a quantitative and heavy documentation role, as it is a position that requires a friendly personality. This is an entry-level to early-career position, ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within winery commercial operations

This position can be based anywhere in the U.S. but it is ideal for someone in DFW or near Chicago as there may be occasional travel to hold meetings with distributors.

Key Responsibilities
•  Manage and maintain pricing records for all markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across distributors and systems.
•  Track promotional and incentive programming by market and channel.
•  Partner with brokers and ownership to coordinate pricing approvals and programming execution.
•  Develop tools and reports to monitor pricing changes, program effectiveness, and margin impacts.
•  Support state-specific pricing submissions and updates as required.
•  Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement more efficient pricing workflows.

Qualifications
•  Passion for wine!
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field that combines strong quantitative training with an emphasis on communication, collaboration, and persuasion.
•  Experience in the wine or spirits industry is not required but experience in a role that works with a distribution system is important.
•  This is an entry-level to early career position, suited for someone with 2 years of experience in pricing, trade marketing, finance, or sales operations (wine or beverage industry experience preferred).
•  Strong quantitative skills and high attention to detail.
•  Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data systems and reporting tools.
•  Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
•  Enjoys working with people, has strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation
Up to $60,000 base with health and retirement benefit.
