As Trade Marketing Manager for National Accounts, you will lead the development and execution of 360° trade marketing strategies across both ON and OFF Premise channels.
You will play a key role in connecting global brand priorities with U.S. market realities, driving visibility, sell-through, and long-term partnerships with top retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute account-specific 360° marketing plans.
- Partner closely with the National Accounts Sales Team to co-develop tailored solutions that strengthen commercial performance.
- Anticipate retailer and distributor needs and design innovative activations that drive brand visibility and sales.
- Ensure flawless execution aligned with Headquarters brand guidelines.
- Track results, analyze performance, and identify key insights to refine future plans.
- Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and billbacks for each channel.
- Support the Sales Team in distributor and buyer meetings, acting as a marketing expert and brand ambassador.
Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the Wine & Spirits or Premium FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. national accounts (both ON & OFF premise).
- Proven ability to translate global strategies into effective local activations.
- Analytical mindset, creative drive, and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (France / U.S.).
