**Your Role**
As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You’ll welcome visitors with warmth, guide them through tastings, and share the story behind every bottle. You’ll also help grow our wine club community and keep our tasting spaces sparkling and stocked.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality
- Lead engaging wine tastings and share our winery’s story
- Convert guests into wine club members by highlighting perks
- Recommend wines and upsell selections based on preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room
- Set up and break down tasting spaces before and after service
- Restock wine and merchandise as needed
- Represent the winery at off-site events when requested

**What We’re Looking For**
- A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a busy environment
- Sales or tasting room experience is a plus
- Must be 21+, able to lift 40 lbs, and have an insurable driving record
- Weekend and holiday availability required
