Administrative/Logistic Assistant assists with all administrative support for the TOR team.
Twenty-Twenty five (20-25) hours per week
Monday through Thursday 8:30- 1:30
Fixed schedule each day
Must work from Office
Responsibilities:
Manage owners and company calendars
Customer service as needed
Logistic support for events and hospitality
Manage donations and gift tracking
Support yearly releases as needed
Assist management team with any special projects
Administrative and office support for the team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Team Player – ability to thrive in a tightly-knit collaborative team environment
Self-starter – able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so
Computer skill requirements include: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Must be detail oriented and precise
Must be organized and keep good records
Must communicate messages clearly with management, employees, and vendors.
Must have a strong background in data entry and management
Must be eager to continue learning and to expand on his/her wine knowledge.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Experience: At least 3-5+ years of professional experience in Luxury Customer Service/Logistics in Wine or related Industry and the ability to demonstrate:
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Superb Interpersonal skills
Energy level, customer service mentality, positive demeanor, flexibility and maturity
Detailed orientation and ability to operate with extremely high level of quality.
Exemplary follow-through with minimal supervision
Goal/results orientation
Able to lift 30 lbs.
