Untamed Wine Estates is a family-owned winery dedicated to crafting exceptional wines and creating memorable guest experiences. Our tasting room is the heart of our hospitality, where guests connect with our wines, our story, and each other. We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused Tasting Room Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Position Summary
The Tasting Room Manager oversees all daily operations of the tasting room, leads the hospitality team, and plays a key role in wine club management and growth. This position requires a strong mix of leadership, organization, sales focus, and a passion for wine and hospitality.

Responsibilities
-Lead, train, schedule, and motivate tasting room staff to provide exceptional service.
-Maintain a welcoming, educational, and brand-driven guest experience.
-Manage daily tasting room operations, including opening/closing, inventory, POS, and cleanliness.
-Oversee wine club program: manage memberships, track and report growth, ensure high retention, and implement strategies to increase sign-ups and engagement.
-Drive wine sales, wine club conversions, and brand loyalty through strong guest interactions.
-Support and manage private tastings, events, and large group reservations.
-Oversee tasting room merchandising, product displays, and stock levels.
-Monitor and report on sales goals, guest feedback, wine club metrics, and performance.
-Work collaboratively with winemaking, marketing, and events teams to align guest experience with brand vision.
-Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications
-2+ years of hospitality or retail management experience, preferably in the wine industry.
-Proven success in wine club or membership program management, with focus on growth and retention.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
-Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
-Knowledge of wine and a genuine passion for hospitality.
-Comfortable with POS systems, CRM/membership platforms, scheduling software, and reporting.
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
-Must be 21+ and available weekends and holidays.
