About the Role

The Divisional Manager, Luxury Sales role is responsible for establishing and delivering the TWE's annual Luxury goals in the designated markets by collaborating with internal TWE team and through the TWE distributor partners and directly with Key Accounts. Performance objectives are to attain or exceed current and long-term Sales and Distribution goals in accordance with TWE sales plans, programs, and budgets. The Key Performance Indicators are sales volume, sales value, new distribution, and achievement of annual operating plan.

Responsibilities:
* Sales & Market Execution: Drive sales objectives by building strong relationships with key accounts and distributor teams; spend 50% of time in-market selling and 50% on remote administrative duties.
* Distributor & Account Management: Monitor distributor performance, assist in pricing and program strategies, and ensure compliance with national account programs across channels.
* Portfolio Growth & Brand Activation: Grow TWE Luxury portfolio through strategic market planning, resource allocation, and execution of brand activations including wine dinners and staff education.
* Training & Collaboration: Lead education initiatives for distributor personnel on brand standards; collaborate with distributor management on program execution and business reviews.
* Data-Driven Strategy & Fiscal Responsibility: Use market data to identify opportunities, manage budgets transparently, and develop value-driven solutions for retailers, TWE, and distributor partners.
* Competitive Intelligence & Broader Market Support: Monitor competitor activity and participate in sales blitzes outside primary territory as needed.

About You:
* You have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 7 years of previous professional outside sales experience.
* 3-tier management experience.
* Wine/Alcohol beverage experience.
* Experience managing chain accounts in both on and off premise and leading distributor sales initiatives.
* Experience in managing teams of sales managers.
* Strong understanding of luxury sales and consumer habits.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
* Strong persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to speak before large audiences both internally and externally, required.
* Strong negotiation and mediation skills with the ability to influence and motivate others to meet objectives under sometimes-restrictive timelines.
* You have a proven track record of building and maintaining key trade account relationships to drive TWE strategy in the market.
* You have an aptitude for technology and are proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), desktop publishing programs.
* You have high integrity and commitment for a strong work ethic.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $132,000 to $153,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
