Who we are:
We are a small team looking for a good cultural fit for our brand - small production, unpretentious but professional, AND we make great wine. We are looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our winery team. Our goal is to make our winery the best it can be, sell wine, and create a positive work environment in which to have fun. We all wear many hats, and everyone helps everyone here! Whether it’s packing wine, moving inventory, or calling our customers, we are all part of the team.

What we are looking for: We seek a motivated, hospitality-minded person to host our guests and tell our story. We seek a go-getter who can connect with guests while hosting tasting experiences and has impeccable customer service and phone demeanor. The ability to solve problems independently, be attentive to detail, have good communication and strong computer skills, and desire to learn new skills is HUGE. A friendly, positive attitude and honesty are a must.

Positions available: Part-time or full time for the right candidate

What we offer: Competitive hourly depending on incoming skills and experience, commission on wine sales & memberships, gratuity, wine perks

Non-negotiable:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Working weekends are required.
This is an in-person position.

Main responsibilities:
1) Host clients and provide a great guest experience that leads to sales and growth in membership
2) ELEVATE our guest experience before, during, and after visit
3) Assist in packing, shipping, and customer service
4) Represent our winery professionally
5) Assist in creating social media content

Requirements:

•  Professional appearance and demeanor
•  Proven track record of wine sales
•  Existing relationships with local driving services and concierge
•  Customer service and hospitality experience
•  Outgoing and approachable
•  Strong communicator
•  Team player but can work independently
•  Strong problem-solving skills
•  Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
•  Knowledge of Napa Valley wineries and restaurants
•  Always looking at ways to improve things
•  Willing to work weekends & attend after hour events
