But this isn’t just another wine tasting, it’s something entirely different.

This isn’t buttoned-up, white-tablecloth hospitality; it’s an immersive, high-touch, wildly authentic adventure. We’re reimagining what wine hospitality can be with one-of-a-kind spaces for tastings, gatherings, and private events. Whether it’s a guided tasting in the SkyLounge or LivingRoom, an immersive experience in the WineCaves, or an afternoon of wine and play in the RecRoom, every space is designed to feel elevated, personal, and unmistakably LucidWild.

We’re looking for an Estate Tour Guide who thrives on connecting with people and bringing our story to life. After guests finish their tasting, you’ll lead them on immersive tours through LucidWild’s most unique spaces, the WineCaves, Speakeasy, IdeaLab, and RecRoom and host our indulgent Port + Chocolate experience. Your role is equal parts storyteller, host, and vibe-setter.

What You’ll Do
•  Lead engaging, polished tours of the WineCaves, Speakeasy, IdeaLab, and RecRoom
•  Share the story and design of each space in a way that feels natural and authentic
•  Host and guide the Port + Chocolate experience with confidence and flair
•  Answer questions and create memorable moments for guests during their visit
•  Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless flow from tasting to tour

What We’re Looking For
•  A confident and natural storyteller who loves connecting with people
•  Polished, professional, and comfortable speaking to groups
•  Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong time management
•  Hospitality, tourism, or guest experience background preferred but not required

•  OLCC certified
•  Oregon Food Handler Certified
•  Able to lift 40lbs, repeatedly, every day
