At LucidWild, every detail matters. From the way a table is set to the seamless rhythm of service, it’s the little things that create unforgettable experiences. Our Tasting Room Support team is the backbone of our hospitality, ensuring each space feels effortless and inviting for every guest.

We’re looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping the flow of service running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
•  Clear and reset tables quickly, cleanly, and with care
•  Ensure tasting spaces, glassware, and supplies are stocked and ready at all times
•  Assist the hospitality team in maintaining the overall look, feel, and cleanliness of the estate
•  Anticipate needs and step in to support wherever required during service

What We’re Looking For
•  A proactive, hardworking team player who values efficiency and precision
•  Someone with high energy and a strong work ethic, comfortable moving at a fast pace
•  Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional in both appearance and attitude
•  Previous hospitality or service experience is a plus, but not required

•  OLCC certified
•  Oregon Food Handler Certified
•  Able to lift 40lbs, repeatedly, every day
