Established Napa County Winery is seeking a well-organized and motivated team player to oversee book keeping and accounting functions. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and ability to work both individually and in a team. Position is initially part time, approximately 25-30 hours, with opportunity for future full-time position with added responsibilities and benefits.
• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts • Perform A/R and A/P functions • Communicate with Winery Clients and Vendors • Prepare and communicate monthly financial reports • Monitor compliance with applicable rules and regulations • Other administrative duties as requested
• BS or BA in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3+ Years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Intermediate/Advanced user of Quick Books, Xero, or other accounting software
• Excellent excel and analytical skills
• Ability to learn new Windows based industry-specific Software
• Willingness and ability to learn
