This role is for a person with soul, personality and drive. You will be on the front lines of one of the coolest, most innovative wineries in Paso Robles. This job has a lot of perks. RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Make every tasting special. Sell wine and tell stories.
•  Take telephone orders, answer questions, book reservations and provide great customer service.
•  Assist with our awesome events where we eat tacos and pet alligators.
•  Help with general upkeep of the winery, including light cleaning of the tasting room, kitchen and bathrooms daily.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  You must love wine, people and music.
•  You must be driven to sell, grow and improve.
•  Strong POS and phone skills.
•  RBS training certification (if not currently certified, can be completed on-site)
•  Wine/restaurant experience is a plus.
•  Have your $#!% together. We have fun, but this is a professional place of business.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

•  Must be able to work weekends.
•  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (case of wine).
•  Must be 21 years of age or older.
