As a Wine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating our
customers about different wines, and assisting them in finding the perfect bottle for any occasion. If you

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and
knowledgeable manner.
Educate customers about different wines, including varietals, regions, and flavor profiles.
Assist customers in finding the perfect wine for their needs, including pairing suggestions and
recommendations.
Continuously expand knowledge of wine through research, tastings, and training sessions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new releases to make informed recommendations to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly stocking and rotating wine displays.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to create engaging and informative wine events and tastings.
Contribute to achieving sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory
counts.
Represent the company and its values by providing a positive and professional image at all times.
Qualifications
•  The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and wine knowledge
•  Must be at least 21 years of age
•  Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
•  Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
•  Exemplary customer service skills
•  Professional appearance and demeanor
•  Knowledge of wines and wine production
•  Great communication, presentation, and sales ability with a positive attitude
•  Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
•  RBS training and food handler’s card may be required
