About the Role
Responsible for promoting, selling, and representing DAOU and PATRIMONY products to new and existing private and corporate clientele. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, providing expert wine knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods as well as brand and product knowledge
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
* Responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan to meet and exceed company revenue and profitability goals
* Executes the sales plan to drive revenue for the company
* Evaluating relationships to best curate pricing and, if need be, discounting accordingly on wine, food, merchandise and/or shipping.
* Marketing via LinkedIn, email/phone outreach, and in-person networking
* Collaboration with others regarding targeted campaigns, including new releases and wines from the Library
* Collaboration with others regarding inventory of wines and merchandise
About you
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Education. Bachelor's Degree
* Licenses or Certifications. WSET level 1 minimum
* Continuing Education. Foundational knowledge of DAOU, including history, vineyard practices, wine production, and past and present portfolio of wines
* Technical or special knowledge or experience. Understanding of basic CRM platforms, understanding of Microsoft products, like Excel, Word and PowerPoint, foundational skillset in hospitality

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $65,000-$70,000 per year and other benefits. In addition to the base salary, the sales associate will earn a commission of 2.5% - 4% on the sales they generate. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
