About the Role

Works in collaboration with Field Marketing and Brand Marketing as well as cross functionally with the Sales Teams, to proactively assist in managing and developing plans and tools, to generate demand to achieve annual performance plan.

Key Responsibilities
* Provides prompt follow-up on incoming marketing requests to foster a cohesive, professional, and collaborative relationship with Field Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
* Supports the creation of Field Marketing digital selling tools, presentation materials and communications.
* Incorporates key fact-based insights in sell sheets, decks, and communication pieces.
* Leads the development of compelling POS materials that will raise awareness and drive sales at retail.
* Represents brand marketing objectives, strategies and national plans and helps to ensure Sales Team alignment.
* Assists in the development and execution of luxury brand plans at the division, region and account level.
* Implement program set-up and implementation for News America and Vestcom.
* This role is responsible for planning, developing, managing, executing and evaluating annual marketing at the division, region and account level.
* Primary challenges of this role include tight deadlines, stakeholder alignment and competitive challenges.

About you
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* Bachelor's degree required, MBA and wine certifications (WSET) preferred.
* You are a dynamic and passionate Marketing professional with 3+ years of progressive experience across Field, Trade, Customer Marketing or similar role from either the CPG or adult beverage industry. Ideally, you will have a passion for wine and have previous experience working with iconic, luxury brands.
* Ability to understand big picture and action it; develop programming & creatively drive market execution.
* Ability to proactively drive projects and a sense of urgency with Sales, brand teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.
* Demonstrates knowledge of how to sell and market brands within the alcoholic beverage category (preferably wine but not required) and have prior experience in Trade or Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing and/or Sales.
* Business Acumen/Analytical Skills. Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; aligns work with strategic goals.
* Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations for sales teams, distributor teams, customers and other stakeholder groups.
* Able to develop programs and materials to meet TWE sales and stakeholder needs.
* Must have the ability to prioritize a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $86,500-$91,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
