Membership & Shipping Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a role that blends logistics, data management, and hospitality? Harney Lane Vineyards is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Membership & Shipping Coordinator.

This position plays an essential role in supporting our Wine Club by ensuring smooth shipments, accurate membership records, and meaningful member connections. You’ll support the behind-the-scenes details that keep our membership thriving, while also engaging directly with members through outreach and in our tasting room. What You’ll Do

Coordinate wine shipments and handle logistics, communication, and inventory.

Maintain accurate membership data and process updates with care.

Support Wine Club campaigns, outreach, and club processing.

Conduct both incoming and outgoing member phone calls and emails, delivering concierge-style customer service.

Provide excellent service in the tasting room and assist with member events.


What We’re Looking For

1+ year of customer service experience; sales and logistics experience preferred.

Love and knowledge of wine is a plus.

Enthusiasm and passion for providing exceptional service to our membership in all forms of communication —phone, email, and in person. Always going above and beyond expectations.

A team player with strong work ethic and great attention to detail.

Organized, analytical, and comfortable with technology.

Professional, positive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and intuitive in anticipating customer needs.

Experience with Winery Software, Excel, Word & email platforms.

Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings.

Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.
