Key Responsibilities
•  Develop compelling supplier and product presentation slides using Adobe InDesign.
•  Create and design sales presentations to support business development initiatives.
•  Maintain and enhance existing sales presentation templates to ensure brand consistency.
•  Support product data collection efforts and assist in establishing product record data streams.
•  Organize and maintain marketing assets within Google Drive infrastructure.
•  Update marketing materials to reflect new products, packaging changes, and label modifications.
•  Manage comprehensive digital asset library including photography, logos, and brand guidelines.
•  Ensure all marketing assets remain current and accessible to team members.
•  Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact databases in Salesforce.
•  Manage contact information to support sales and marketing initiatives.
•  Ensure data integrity across customer relationship management systems.
•  Develop and maintain strategic content calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
•  Create and publish engaging company updates, behind-the-scenes content, and industry-relevant posts.
•  Monitor social media engagement metrics and website analytics.
•  Provide regular reporting on social media performance and audience engagement.

•  Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in small business environments or business ownership preferred.

Technical Proficiencies
•  Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
•  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Trello).
•  Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Experience & Industry Knowledge
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role within the wine industry.
•  Experience working within the On-Premise channel at the distributor level preferred.
•  Comprehensive understanding of wine business terminology including varietals, regions, appellations, bottle classifications, and industry standards.
•  Formal wine education through recognized institutions (Society of Wine Educators, Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and education. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work remotely. The Mark Wine Group reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
