Position: DTC & Marketing Manager
Valette Wines is seeking a DTC & Marketing Manager to lead direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales and brand marketing efforts as we expand, including the opening of the Valette Wine Lounge in 2026.

As a key member of our team, the DTC & Marketing Manager will execute the strategic vision for DTC growth, brand marketing, and hospitality integration. In collaboration with our sister restaurants, Valette and The Matheson, this role will help shape the future of luxury wine and culinary experiences in Sonoma County. Key Responsibilities
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Management
• Manage and support all DTC sales channels: wine club, e-commerce, and events.
• Host tastings and member events, driving engagement and sales.
• Manage wine club operations: communications, fulfillment, retention campaigns, and reporting.
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers to grow traffic and revenue.
• Monitor and fulfill online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track and report DTC performance metrics and ROI.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and print.
• Create content and oversee digital promotions to drive engagement.
• Build partnerships with local concierges, restaurants, and winery networks.
• Lead promotional efforts for the Valette Wine Lounge launch and ongoing visitation.
• Collaborate with vendors to produce marketing collateral and POS materials.
• Support PR, influencer partnerships, and digital ad campaigns.
Experience & Hospitality Integration
• Partner with culinary and hospitality teams to design memorable wine-and-food experiences.
• Curate and lead wine events, private tastings, seasonal activations, and offsite promotions.
• Serve as a brand storyteller, enhancing awareness and loyalty through exceptional communication.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
• MBA or WSET certification a plus.
• Strong background in DTC wine sales, marketing, and/or luxury hospitality.
• Confidence with technology and software, including Commerce 7, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive sales, and deliver measurable results.
• Exceptional interpersonal, storytelling, and brand-building skills.
