**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Tasting Room Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a love for wine, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy engaging with people and sharing your knowledge of wine, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests to the tasting room with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
- Conduct wine tastings and educate guests about our wine offerings, including tasting notes, food pairings, and wine making processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting room environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking wine and merchandise as needed.
- Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the guest experience. (Bingo Night, Trivia Night, Pizza Making, etc)

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a winery, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge and passion for wine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
