Hospitality Manager

Walla Walla Vintners

Walla Walla, WA

Job Description:

About Us
Walla Walla Vintners is an iconic family-owned winery, producing consistently high-quality, acclaimed Washington wines since 1995. We are proud to be recognized as one of the premier wineries to visit in the Pacific Northwest, with TripAdvisor ranking us as the top traveler-rated winery in the Walla Walla Valley.

We are seeking a tenacious and enthusiastic Hospitality Manager to help elevate our brand experiences to the next level. As a tight-knit team driven by innovation and best-in-class service, we are constantly raising the bar. Our beautiful Estate Tasting Room features an outdoor space with 360-degree views of the valley, vineyards, and mountains, and we are currently developing a downtown tasting room to create another unique guest experience.

Position Summary
The Hospitality Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our tasting and hospitality experiences. You will bring experience in designing tasting and membership programs and curate exceptional experiences that build long-lasting relationships with our guests while driving membership growth.

You will lead the Hospitality Associate team, ensuring the highest level of service and refinement. As the lead brand ambassador, you will communicate our story and create a distinct impression of Walla Walla Vintners. While this is a management role, the winery’s size requires flexibility and a willingness to wear multiple hats when needed.

We aim to provide an environment that is welcoming, educational, and approachable, paired with some of the best wines in the Walla Walla Valley. Our wines are produced and bottled on-site, and estate vineyards just steps away allow guests to interact directly with our vineyards.
