Four Feathers Wine Services is a family-owned winery located in Prosser, Washington. We are a full-service custom winemaking facility with 3,000,000 gallons of capacity, crushing over 17,000 tons annually for multiple clients. Our skilled team of winemakers and cellar crew are dedicated to producing wines of the highest quality. We are seeking to immediately hire a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team of skilled wine industry professionals and contribute to the continued success and growth of Four Feathers Wine Services.
Summary of Position
This role is focused on driving sales growth and building lasting client relationships. The Sales Representative will work directly with clients to manage bulk wine and grape sales while actively pursuing new lead generation and business development opportunities. From initial outreach and sampling, through purchase and delivery, this position plays a key role in expanding Four Feathers Wine Services’ market presence and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth by generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, and expanding the client base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process
• Conduct outreach campaigns, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Manage the full sales cycle, including sample coordination, pricing, proposals, purchase orders, shipping, and invoicing
• Attend and represent Four Feathers Wine Services at trade shows, client visits, and market events to generate new business and strengthen industry connections
• Collaborate with winemaking, viticulture, and logistics teams to align client needs with available wines and grapes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Bulk Wine Tracking, Vintrace, and CRM tools
• Prepare and deliver marketing and sales materials, including presentations, emails, digital campaigns, and classified postings
• Track and manage client samples, blends, and lab analyses, ensuring accurate documentation and pricing
• Monitor client accounts, including invoicing, collections, and aging reports
• Provide regular sales reporting and market feedback to leadership
Qualifications
Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets (wine industry experience highly preferred)
• Knowledge of the wine industry, supply chain, or agricultural products a significant advantage
• Skilled in business development, lead generation, and relationship management
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset
• Strong organizational abilities with sharp attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher); familiarity with CRM systems and Vintrace a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while also collaborating across teams
• Willingness to travel for market visits, client meetings, and trade shows
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $40.00 (depending on qualifications)
