Job Description: Working with both the winemaker and assistant winemaker through each step of the vinification process. Most of the work is done by hand; therefore, your job will be to assist our team with everyday cellar activities, such as sorting, destemming, sampling, punch-downs, and pump-overs. In addition, regular cleaning and sanitizing activities will be required.
English or French fluency is mandatory; Spanish would be an asset.
