Warehouse Supervisor
•  Assist in overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and timely processing
•  Manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping processes
•  Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or spreadsheets to track and optimize inventory flow
•  Maintain organization, cleanliness, and functionality of the warehouse space
•  Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA and internal safety policies
•  Ensure all equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) are properly maintained and operated safely
•  Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to align operations with business needs
•  Respond to and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipment issues
•  Lead and participate in physical inventory teams
•  Support audits and compliance reviews as needed

Qualifications:
Required:
•  2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
•  Forklift certified
•  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
•  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
•  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and WMS software systems
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
•  Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
Preferred:
•  Experience in wine, beverage, food production, or e-commerce fulfillment
•  Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight platforms
•  Experience implementing or improving warehouse systems and processes
•  Proficiency in inventory management software (NetSuite)
