Regional Sales Professional – Midwest (IL & OH Focus)
We are a prestige Napa Valley wine producer dedicated to crafting world-class Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa’s most iconic vineyard sites. We are building a legacy brand recognized among the First Growths of Napa Valley, with a focus on excellence, scarcity, and authentic relationship-driven sales.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Professional to represent our brand in the Midwest, with a primary focus on Illinois and Ohio. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience working with a fine wine producer or distributor in the region and possess established relationships with private clubs, fine dining accounts, and luxury hotels. Ideally, the candidate will be based in Illinois and available to travel across the broader Midwestern region as needed.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that requires both the polish to represent a prestige Napa Valley brand and the hustle to deliver measurable results in the field.
Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate and manage relationships with private clubs, fine dining accounts, luxury hotels, and select prestige retailers.
• Host tastings, winemaker dinners, and other brand-building experiences to drive placements and long-term partnerships.
• Work with the Sales Team to Develop and execute sales strategies that align with brand objectives and growth targets.
• Represent the brand at regional events, trade shows, and client experiences.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values and prestige of Boich Family Cellar.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with a fine wine producer or distributor within the luxury wine sector.
• Strong existing relationships with key private clubs, fine dining accounts, and hospitality partners in IL and OH.
• Based in Illinois (preferred) with ability and willingness to travel across the Midwestern region.
• Proven ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the polish to represent a Napa Valley prestige brand.
• Passion for fine wine and the culture of hospitality.
