Job Description:
The North Valley Regional is responsible for supporting and guiding vineyard crews to complete all assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and at the highest standard of quality. This role ensures vineyard practices are performed on time and in alignment with company standards to produce premium grapes. The North Velley Regional will work and report directly to the Vineyard Operations Management Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•  Assist vineyard crews with daily tasks and ensure work is completed correctly under supervisory direction.
•  Partner with the Vineyard Management Team to schedule and coordinate vineyard operations, ensuring optimal quality, productivity, and efficiency.
•  Perform and oversee vineyard operations such as pruning, suckering, shoot positioning, tying, green pruning, hedging, leaf removal, thinning, harvesting, planting, and training of new and young vines.
•  Monitor crew compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
•  Observe employee performance, provide feedback, and train workers on more efficient practices.
•  Promote a positive, respectful, and harassment-free work environment through coaching, guiding, and listening to employee needs.
•  Report all workplace accidents or injuries immediately to a supervisor.
•  Remain alert and prepared during severe weather conditions (e.g., rain, heat, frost).
•  Track, review, code, and approve employee timecards.
•  Assist and Support the Vineyard Operations Management Team with recruiting and, when necessary, terminating workers.
•  Review operational metrics and maintain accuracy in AgCode.
•  Prepare and submit daily work plan reports.
•  Perform other vineyard-related duties as assigned by the Vineyard Operations Team.

Qualifications:
•  Proficient in vineyard practices: pruning, canopy management, irrigation, harvesting, etc.
•  Demonstrated leadership skills with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and workmanship.
•  Ability to communicate with supervisors in English and/or Spanish.
•  Honest, reliable, punctual, and organized.
•  Comfortable asking for clarification when needed.
•  Strong observation skills to identify issues such as disease, mildew, or pests.
•  Must have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements:
•  Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and carry items for extended periods.
•  Work on uneven terrain in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rainy).
•  Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
•  Available to work extra or unusual hours during peak seasons.
