Reports to: CEO & COO (both school owners)
Hours: 3-5 days per week
Wages: $21-$25 (Commensurate with experience)

The primary role will be working out of our state-of-the-art wine education center in South San Francisco. This person will be located at reception, greeting, answering questions and engaging with current and prospective students, checking people in for class, managing classroom set-up and logistics, & coordinating student resources. Interaction is in-person, by phone, email, & Gorgias chat. Post class follow-up and documentation in customer record management software are also routinely part of the duties.
This Jack or Jill of all trades will also have their hands in admissions, marketing, accounting, facilities, events, and class logistics. The position requires outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and Google Productivity Tools. Experience with Perfect Venue, Shopify, Salesforce, and/or Gorgias is a plus. Superb organizational, project management along with strong verbal and writing skills are critical. While experience matters, your skills, talent, brains, creativity, energy, motivation, character and work ethic are more important.
Must be able to commute and travel to the school and surrounding area offsite events. Evening, daytime, and weekend class support will likely be needed at times.
