About the Role

The primary purpose of the role is to build reliable dashboards and reports which drive Commercial execution of our strategic plans. This role will ensure our data is clean, clearly connected, and reliable. They will partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy teams to identify opportunities and track performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with 3^rd party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure data is fit for purpose. Build data models off base data for report build. Partner with Data Engineering and broader Data and Analytics team on ingestion into Helix platform (AWS data lake). Data must be clean, clearly connected, and reliable.
* Maintain an understanding of relevant data sources and assist in improving data collection, cleaning, storage, and reporting processes.
* Design and develop effective reporting that enhances insights for commercial execution and decision-making.
* Enhance the user experience by helping business stakeholders find, interpret, and embed insights into routine decision-making processes. User Experience (UX) perspective is critical. This may involve designing tools that can be optimized across different viewing platforms.

Key Accountabilities:
* Accountable for the delivery, development and adoption of highly effective and utilized reporting that transforms the level of insights we have to inform decision making.
* Work closely with commercial functions to understand and translate business data and analytics requirements into actionable dashboards and reports.
* Develop tools and recommendations to tie together strategic plans to operational execution.
* Promote collaboration and delivering together through connecting people and information to expedite standardized, repeatable, value-added reporting.
* Scale the Americas luxury status to drive demand & grow distribution & availability. Optimize data collection, reporting, analysis, and insights.
* Seek wherever possible to automate existing processes, data to insights creation and reporting to remove waste and improve business impact.
* Optimize the portfolio for long term growth. Develop an insights dashboard to digitize the reporting, analytics and insights.

About you
* 2+ years relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role
* PowerBI (Advanced) and SQL (Intermediate level)
* Strong systems-thinking capabilities, including analysis, logic, and visualisation - including building the link between data and actionable insight
* Understanding of data structures, data cleansing, and data modelling to make diverse datasets appear seamless
* Demonstrated ability to 'walk in the shoes of the users', and to create simplicity from complexity
* Experience supporting Sales teams is desirable
* Understanding of Customer, Consumer, Channel and Product Insights is desirable

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $120,000-$128,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will be hybrid from our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
