Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Manager to lead sales and distribution efforts in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving volume and profit goals, building strong distributor relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
•  Develop and execute regional sales plans in partnership with distributor management to meet brand, volume, and profit objectives.
•  Establish market pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning and competitive landscape.
•  Partner with distributor sales teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key on- and off-premise accounts across all trade channels.
•  Conduct engaging wait staff trainings, consumer tastings, and educational events.
•  Represent the company at distributor and consumer trade shows, ensuring brand excellence.
•  Create customized sales materials and presentations tailored to distributor and account needs.
•  Spend a minimum of three days per week in the field with distributor representatives or independently managing key accounts.
•  Travel as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support events and account activations.

Qualifications
•  Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
•  Minimum 3 years of wine and spirits industry experience with strong knowledge of the Texas market (knowledge of LA, OK, and AR is a plus).
•  Exceptional wine and spirits expertise and a passion for the category.
•  Strong business acumen with proven success in sales growth and market development.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Diver).
•  Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record.
•  Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
