We’re Sherwin Wine Services, a wine fulfillment warehouse that takes pride in getting great bottles from our clients into the hands of happy customers — quickly, accurately, and with care. We’re looking for an Order Processor to keep our operations flowing as smoothly as possible.

If you’ve worked in restaurants, catering, or hospitality, you might already have the skills we need — think juggling multiple orders, keeping cool under pressure, and leading a team to deliver great results. And the best part? Our schedule is Monday–Friday, daytime hours — no late nights, weekends, or holiday dinner shifts.

What You’ll Do

Oversee the order processing team, making sure orders are accurate, on time, and handled with care

Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and client services to keep everything running efficiently

Monitor order flow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements

Keep an eye on inventory accuracy and collaborate on cycle counts

Help keep compliance and shipping regulations in check (we like to stay on the right side of the law)



What We’re Looking For

Leadership and multitasking skills — whether from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

A knack for motivating a team and keeping spirits high

Comfortable learning new software and systems

Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods
