Position Type: Part-Time (Approx. 6–10 hours/week)

Compensation:

Base Salary: $750/month for up to 25 hours

Additional Hours: Paid at $30/hour beyond 25 hours/month


About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable and organized Web Support & Account Manager to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on maintaining existing client websites and providing ongoing support — including content updates, light admin tasks, and clear, professional client communication.

While this is a fully remote role, we prefer candidates based in the United States for time zone compatibility and ease of collaboration.


What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain and update existing websites (WordPress + Elementor, Squarespace)

Manage light website content changes, page additions, or troubleshooting

Serve as a primary point of contact for ongoing client needs and requests

Coordinate small tasks, timelines, and priorities across multiple clients

Ensure brand and content consistency across platforms

Collaborate with our team via tools like Slack, Zoom, and email


What We're Looking For

Previous experience in website support, digital design, or digital account management

Comfortable working with WordPress and Squarespace

Strong communication skills with a professional, client-friendly tone

Excellent time management and attention to detail in a remote work setting

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities across clients


Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

Familiarity with Commerce7/WineDirect/Orderport (for wine industry eCommerce websites)

Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
