About the role: We are seeking a self-motivated person to ?ll a full-time position focusing on tax reports; brand registrations; ongoing maintenance such as trade name additions, premises, and entity updates; export documentation; product approvals; and more. There will be hard date deadlines throughout the month, quarter, and year as informed by state requirements. The work schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday with most meetings scheduled between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. For the initial employment period, the role will be centered on working with our Customer Service Team to gain a deep understanding of our platform and producers and the candidate will provide patient, kind, and prompt customer service assistance.

Requirements:
•  Minimum of 3 years required (5+ years preferred) relevant experience in wine compliance including experience with TTB, CABC, CDTFA, FDA compliance requirements and regulations.
•  Skilled problem-solver, multitasker, thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate
complex application processes.
•  Excellent communication skills: verbal, writen, and listening.
•  Ability to review a high-volume of materials quickly and with accuracy.
•  Pa?ent, kind, open communicator.
•  Excellent computer skills. Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
•  Experience working unsupervised, excellent time-management.
•  Dedication to customer satisfaction.
•  Be willing to learn and grow from mistakes.

Terms of employment: Compensation: Competive with local rates and in CA $26 - $28 per hour DOE; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance covered at 100% for employees; FSA; ?exible, work-from-home schedule; generous time-o? policy; and 401(k) plan.
