Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team. This is primarily a field-based sales role focused on growing our NE on-premise footprint across NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA with a strong emphasis on Metro New York City.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced self-starter with a successful track record in premium wine sales, deep relationships with key accounts, and the entrepreneurial mindset to grow the territory independently.

Key Responsibilities
•  Achieve annual sales goals in collaboration with winery leadership
•  Maintain a strong field presence (4–5 days/week) in assigned accounts
•  Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and high-value targets
•  Use CRM to track account activity, manage territory, and measure performance
•  Represent Sinegal Estate at trade and consumer events to build brand exposure
•  Monitor pricing to ensure consistency with brand standards
•  Submit weekly sales recaps and provide regional market insights
•  Follow all state regulations and company policies

Qualifications
•  Minimum of 5 years field wine sales experience within the on-premise channel in New York and surrounding markets
•  In-depth knowledge of the go-to-market landscape in NY, NJ, CT, RI and MA
•  Established relationships with leading restaurant, hotel, and private club accounts
•  Proficiency with CRM platforms to track and manage field activities
•  Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
•  Strong passion for wine and hands-on in-field selling
•  Ability to lift 40 lbs., and travel regularly, including overnight stays
•  Must reside within one hour of Metro New York City

Compensation & Benefits
•  Base Salary: $117,000
•  Bonus: 20% annual performance-based
